Ann is a highly accomplished leader with a profound commitment to transforming healthcare, particularly within the realms of eldercare and palliative care. Her extensive experience includes founding the College of Emergency Nursing and spearheading groundbreaking initiatives like the Spark of Life Programme and the No One Dies Alone at Mercy Parklands. These efforts have significantly advanced the culture of care and patient-centred practices in healthcare settings.

Ann's innovative approach is evident in the introduction of 'Palliative Care Needs Round', which enhances the care and support available to patients nearing the end of life. Her partnership with the Green House Project® further underscores her dedication to improving the quality of life for older adults through a more humane, community-orientated alternatives to traditional nursing homes. As an endorsed Green House Ambassador, Ann is a passionate advocate for small home models of care - an essential part of the movement toward creating individualised, supportive environments for older adults.

With a rich background in nursing leadership, Ann combines her expertise and passion for sustainable change to challenge the status quo and foster meaningful, lasting improvements in eldercare. Through her mentorship and advocacy, she continues to be a transformative figure, positively impacting both patients and care providers.

Fiona is a health professional with significant experience and influence in healthcare team leadership, management and delivery of services in a variety of private and public healthcare settings, including aged care, adult intellectual disability sector and post-acute rehabilitation in Australia and New Zealand .

With her vast experience Fiona has a very personal drive to deliver exceptional care which has a person-directed and centred focus. Fiona is a passionate advocate for leading innovative and evidenced-based education, exercise and safety programmes that promote compassionate care practices. Dedication to assisting people to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential and enhanced quality of life is her inspiration.

As an endorsed Ambassador for The Green House Project and being part of a pioneering movement towards transformative and sustainable change within the aged care sector aligns with my own values of a humanised care model.

Fiona is a member of PNZ OASIG and a share holder of Functional Physio® and MedStrength® based in Auckland.

Helen’s background as a UK trained Occupational Therapist has given her wide exposure across various health care settings and roles as a clinician, manager and leader. She engages with a positive mindset and attitude of enablement and empowerment to support people to be the best they can be, whether they are clients, their families or staff.

Leading culture change within an aged care facility, educating and empowering staff in person centred care practices that make a difference to the lives of older people has been the focus of Helen's work over many years and she has had this work recognised at national and international levels.

The Green House Project is an important part of the culture change movement and Helen has worked with this framework to develop small house style living for people living with dementia within the aged care setting that has evidenced the positive wellbeing outcomes enabled by this model.

Helen also has extensive experience in health and safety and leading quality improvement initiatives, establishing Fall Prevention and Pressure Injury Prevention programmes and collaborating with organisations such as the NZ Health and Safety Commissions and ACC to improve clinical outcomes through effective implementation of these harm reduction programmes.

With a career path based in financial management, supply chain and business systems, Tim has been successful focusing on improving company performance within the operational finance and IT functions of SME's, Corporates, Public/Local Government and Aged Care sectors.

Since settling in NZ in 1997 he has had operational management roles in NZ Public Health, electronic component manufacturing and, over the last 20 years, has run his own contracting/consulting business leading complex change associated with ERP systems selection/design and implementation.

More recently he has been passionately supporting the Aged Care sector as an advisor and trustee.

Tim has a BComm - Bus Fin, is a XERO Certified Advisor and lives in Auckland, is married to a Primary School Teacher and has daughters working in Australia and NZ.
